Margaret Lake Lodge Feasibility Report
The Little Red River Cree Nation owns a non-operating historic lodge on Margaret Lake within the Caribou Mountains Wildland Provincial Park. Legacy Tourism Group was asked to complete a feasibility report to determine the viability of re-opening the lodge.
Legacy Tourism Group assisted with specific components of the plan including market demand assessment, staffing requirements, projected financials, and compilation of the final feasibility report.
